About two weeks after I moved to D.C. last year, Buredo opened up across the street from our offices offering the promise of heaven in two words: sushi burritos. Damn they were good. Using nori (edible seaweed) as the wrapper, you got sticky rice, fresh fish, some vegetables, crunchy tempura, sesame seeds and a sauce in a giant hand roll.
